Performance Overview

The JSR6-12/24/40.5 series SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (C-GIS) is independently developed by our company. It uses sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas as the insulating medium and can be simultaneously applied in primary or secondary distribution fields. The product's technology level integrates vacuum circuit-breaking technology, APG encapsulation technology, gas insulation technology, and interface insulation technology into a medium-voltage complete switchgear. The product has passed type tests conducted by nationally authoritative testing institutions and new product technical appraisal. It can be widely used in various key power distribution systems of the national economy, such as transmission and transformation network stations, urban power supply networks, large industrial and mining enterprises, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and urban rail transit.

Product Features

    • Using internationally mature concepts, with world-class production and testing methods, laser welding, laser cutting, helium leak detection, and other equipment;

    • The product's single-unit component adopts a fully sealed design, completely enclosed within a stainless steel welded sealed air chamber, filled with air or nitrogen (N2) at a certain pressure as the insulating medium. With a protection rating of IP67, it completely prevents the impact of external environmental conditions on the switchgear, allowing reliable operation in harsh environments such as basements, plateaus, permafrost regions, coastal areas, and humid conditions, achieving maintenance-free performance.

    • The product can be operated manually or electrically. The operating mechanism is mature and reliable, and it is equipped with comprehensive mechanical and electrical interlocks, effectively preventing personal injury and equipment damage that may result from misuse.

    • The product features a compact design structure, significantly reducing the size compared to traditional air-insulated switchgear, decreasing the footprint by 30%-70%, improving space utilization, and effectively lowering overall project costs.

    • Based on microprocessor protection and system technology, it integrates protection, control, metering, monitoring, and communication functions, meeting the requirements of distribution network automation and digitization, and can achieve fully unattended operation.
